If purchasing is made directly at the farm, payment can be made in cash or with non-transferable check.

AlmaMaterBio delivers worldwide through the express carrier Mail Boxes Etc. Mail Boxes Etc. uses containers specially made for olive oil transportation, guaranteeing bottles integrity; environmentally-wise, this reduces to the minimum package waste. According to destination area, shipping will take 2 to 7 working days, unforeseen difficulties aside. For all orders, shipping price might vary according to weight and starting from 8,50 euros + VAT. If the customer prefers another currier, it can be requested in the dedicated box “Delivery Method” of the order form. In Alternative, it is possible to directly buy oil from the farm, without any extra cost.
The customer, according to D.Lgs. 06/09/05 N°206, has the right to withdraw from the contract and proceed to product return within 10 days from delivery, by contacting AlmaMaterBio. AlmaMaterBio will make sure to collect the products and take care of reimbursement within 10 days from products reception.
